Dan Tretow is the Treasurer of the Owner’s Board for Clare Towers, Inc. and Telos, Inc. and the Director of Financial Services for the School Sisters of St. Francis International Offices He has worked with St. Clare Management on the finance committee for many years. He appreciates the hard work and dedication of the Executive Director and her staff that provide quality housing and caring support for the tenants in the apartments.

Sister Ruth Ann Iwanski is a School Sister of St. Francis and currently resides at Maryhill convent in Milwaukee WI. Sister has taught Elementary education, worked as an adapted Physical education consultant and recreation therapist, Administrator, Director of a producing craft center and instructor at an adult training center. In these capacities she has mentored persons with various levels of intellectual and physical disabilities for over 45 years.She has also had to deal with licensing entities.

Mike provides comprehensive planning for a select group of individuals, families, professionals and business owners. He uses a disciplined discovery and planning process called Envision® to create a roadmap for his clients. He focuses on providing innovative investment and retirement planning as well as portfolio management strategies.

Brent Stork is partner in the law firm Michael Best & Friedrich LLP. Brent represents clients on a full spectrum of finance issues. Brent practices in the areas of commercial, real estate, and municipal finance, and derivatives.  Brent has been on the board of St. Clare Management for 13 years.

Currently employed at Aurora Health Care in Internal Audit. Paul has an Accounting Degree from Marquette University. Member at St. Luke Catholic Church

In Pauls free time he enjoys going to the movies, out to nice restaurants and to travel. Paul is single with no kids but his niece and nephew keep him busy.

Meg is serving her second year as a member of the St. Clare Management Advisory Board, having served on the Campbellsport Convent Advisory Board for over 20 years. She had periodically served as president for that board. She is very pleased to again be asked to do board work for the School Sisters of St. Francis and to assist them in this very necessary ministry, to promote safe and clean housing for low income populations. Meg received her Ph.D. in psychology from Marquette University and has been a private practice psychologist since 1992. She is presently working part time, performing psychological evaluations. Because of her additional master’s degree in learning disabilities, she is often called on to assist with diagnoses of dyslexia, ADHD, or other learning difficulties. She was married for 39 years and recently widowed. She has no children but has strong family ties with her 10 siblings. She enjoys watching the changing seasons at her lake home and enjoys her many relationships with School Sisters of St. Francis fully vowed members. Meg has been an associate of the School Sisters of St. Francis since 1987.

Mona Schmalz joined the St. Clare Management Board in 2011. Currently she is a Community Manager for two (2) low income senior housing properties in the Milwaukee area. Having been raised in the industry from the age of 7, she brings with her 45 years of experience in all types of property management and construction. It is truly an honor for her to be a part of the St. Clare Management Board.
