This community consists of two 16 unit buildings on a large lot with spacious lawn area.  Also built in 1982, these units divided into 16 one bedroom units and 16 two bedroom units.  Both buildings have elevators and large atriums for tenant activities. Apartments feature roll through kitchens and spacious bathrooms.  Separate tenant storage areas are provided  for tenant convenience.
 

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES INCLUDE:

Automatic door openers for entry.  
Flat entrances or ramps for building entry
Wide hallways with handrails

Telephone operated intercom for building entry
Doorways wider for wheelchair use. Lever door handles.
Space under sink for wheelchair access
Grab bars in showers and next to toilet, as needed.
Roll in showers in some locations
Height adjustable showerheads
