Our Properties:

Six facilities -- Clare Heights, Clare Meadows, Clare Central, Clare Court, Clare Lakes, and Clare Place -- were formerly the Telos apartments. There are 107 apartments enabling the physically disabled to live independently in the greater Milwaukee, WI area. The School Sisters of St. Francis accepted sponsorship of these HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) facilities in 1989.

Clare Towers was opened in 1983 and provides 25 independent living units for physically disabled men and women. Clare Woods was opened in 1988, to enhance the dignity and self-worth of persons living with disabilities. The complex offers 32 independent living apartments. Both facilities are HUD projects.
